A busy late-night live music venue, bar, and restaurant in Donegal is seeking passionate individuals to join its team.

Opportunities are now available for a Bar Manager and a Bar Supervisor.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximising revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement innovative bar programs and promotions to attract and retain guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • People management for a large diverse team.
  • Work alongside an Experienced Food Service Manager and co-manage a competent team in a very busy 4* Hotel and events venue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, including menu development, cocktail preparation, and wine selection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional personal standards and expertise.
