No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

There is one prize consisting of a break for two to Southampton departing Belfast on 15th July returning on 17th July. It includes return flights from Belfast to Southampton with Eastern Airways with 15kg hold baggage per passenger and room-only accommodation at room2. The prize also includes tickets to the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 sold-out Northern Ireland v England match at St Mary’s Stadium at 8pm on 15th July 2022

Travel to and from the airports in Belfast and Southampton is at the winner’s own expense as is spending money and travel insurance, tips and any food, drink or activities not mentioned in the prize description.

It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa, passport, travel insurance and health requirements are fulfilled.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given.

The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for any failure, liability or breach by any third party in connection with this Prize Promotion or prize and accepts no responsibility for any loss, property damage or personal injury suffered by the winner relating to this Prize

Entrants

The prize draw is open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over with the exception of employees and agents of the promoter or of the Belfast, Donegal or Derry Dailies or any company connected with this promotion. Only one entry per person.

All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place by 2nd July 2022. The first entry drawn will be the winner. The winner will be notified via email by 3rd July 2022. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter and must respond to the notification email with their email, and telephone phone number. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner.

Entries must be received by 11pm GMT on the 1st July 2022.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry form. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
