Derry City Football Club say they would like to welcome supporters to their first home game of the new season against Bohemian FC tonight, Friday, February 21 (kick off 745 pm).

In a statement ahead of the match, the club said: “We would ask fans to note and comply with directions for the safety and enjoyment of all those attending.

“Unfortunately, the new North Stand is not yet available after work was delayed by adverse weather conditions in January.

“Those with tickets for the new stand will be accommodated in the Terrace areas at either end of the Mark Farren stand until the handover is complete.

“We would ask all supporters to note that entry points for each stand are listed below.

“Hand scanners will be in use at all turnstiles and ID checks will be carried out on all concessionary and underage tickets.

“Screenshots of tickets will not work on hand scanners so please make sure any digital tickets are downloaded properly to your phone.

“We would therefore ask for your full co-operation as set out below –

“Screenshots of tickets will not work on scanners so it is essential that tickets are properly downloaded.

“Entry Points:

Supporters must use designated entry/exit points according to their Stand/Seating allocation:

Children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.

“All supporters must hold appropriate ticket category. ID checks will be in carried out on underage/concessionary tickets at all entry points.

“Unaccompanied children will not be permitted to ‘play’ behind any Stands or Terrace area due to safety concerns – parents/guardians must keep children under supervision at all times in the Stadium.

“Strictly no access to Dressing Rooms/Tunnel/Medical area at all times.

“No access to Mark Farren Stand without ticket indicating seat allocation.

“No access to Mark Farren seats marked ‘reserved’. Seat covers will indicate reserved seats.

“Strictly no access to HT Hospitality room without wristband.

“Supporters must occupy their allocated seats. They will be moved by Stewards to their appropriate seats.

“Terrace ticket holders are not permitted to occupy seats in any seated areas.

“Please park responsibly in streets around the stadium – respect our residents/neighbours.

“Thank you in advance for your co-operation and we hope you enjoy the evening.”
