Detectives have charged a 22-year-old man on with a number of online child sex offences including sexual communication with a child and blackmail.
He is due to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday, January 11, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The suspect was arrested in the Kilrea/Coleraine area on Friday during a planned operation by detectives from Mid-Ulster CID.
