Bishop Street courthouse in Derry
He is due to appear at Derry Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, December 17.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charges are in relation to a report of a creeper style burglary which occurred at the Meehan Terrace area of Derry on Monday 16th December. A red Nissan Qashqai, which was stolen during the incident, was later recovered by police.
