Bishop Street courthouse in Derry
The man was arrested by officers from the Derry City & Strabane District Support Team in the city on Tuesday 3rd December.
The man has been charged with driving while disqualified, and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
The charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
