Alley Theatre hosts Christmas Artisan Fair

The Alley Theatre in Strabane is hosting it’s a Christmas Artisan Fair on Sunday 01 December from 2-6pm. Hosted by the Studio 1 Craft Collective for the first time, this event promises to be a fantastic opportunity to get into the festive spirit.

The public are invited to come along and enjoy a truly festive experience and opportunity purchase artisan gifts in time for Christmas.

Over 30 designers and makers will be showcasing for produce for sale. It’s a great opportunity to purchase gifts for the family and also support local producers.

With a focus on supporting local makers, the fair will feature many award winning crafters, all coming together to sell their goods.

Crafters such as Rachel Leary Ceramics, Handmade by Sarah Dunne, Sparkles & Pearls, Westhaven Art, Make Memories, Jennifer Hunter, Poppy Stitch Crafts and so many more.

It’s a fun family occasion for everyone to enjoy with seasonal treats and something for everyone to enjoy. There will be interactive craft demonstrations on claywork and green wood on the day.

Santa & Mrs Claus will be in their grotto for family pictures & receive letters to Santa. The Grinch , in between posing for family pictures, will be trying to steal Christmas spirit !

A range of family friendly events such as a kids colouring competition, paint your own pottery workshop with the Painted Pig or make a Christmas wish with everyone’s favourite ‘Ambrose the Pig’ will all be on offer on the day, topped off with special choral performances making it a real festive treat.
