Undertones to perform at Derry’s Gig for Gaza

The Undertones are set to headline a concert in Derry in support of Palestine.

Gig for Gaza will also feature a host of other homegrown musical talent.

This includes Pop group D:Ream who will be joined by Eimhéar Ní Ghlacaín, punk rockers TOUTS, Lavengro; ROE, Reevah, and Niall McNamee.

Co-organised by the Derry branch of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign and Jika Jika, Gig for Gaza will take place on Sunday, August 25.

All proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorship will be donated to ‘Fund a Food Drop’.

Guest speakers at ‘Gig for Gaza’ include socialist and journalist Eamonn McCann and Saebh Shaath, chairperson of Palestine Aid and Middle East expert.
