Officers from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force conducted searches in the Brandywell and Creggan areas of Derry area on Friday, March 29.
Police say a number of items were seized, which were taken away for further forensic examination.
A 38 year old woman was arrested and subsequently released with an adult caution.
The searches were part of an ongoing investigation into the activity of the INLA.
