Some of the suspected drugs, and other items seized by police in Derry today, Tuesday, August 22
A 30-year-old man, and an 18-year-old man have been charged with offences including possession of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug, and possession of a Class A controlled drug.
The 30-year-old man is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday, August 23, for a first remand hearing.
The 18-year-old man is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
