Police in Derry are appealing for information in a bid to trace a diamond wedding ring which was lost in the city towards the end of last month.
Police Derry City and Strabane say on its Facebook page: “Can you help find this diamond wedding ring?
“The owner believes it was lost in Crescent Link Retail Park sometime between 5pm on Wednesday 26th April and midday on Friday, 28th April.
“The wedding ring (pictured along with the owner’s engagement ring) has significant sentimental value attached to it.
“If you come across a similar ring and think this may be the one pictured, call us on 101, quote reference number 1227 of 03/01/22, so we can return it to its owner.
“We’d also like to hear from anyone offered a similar ring for sale in suspicious circumstances.”
