Job Vacancies: Harbour Inn seeking chefs and waiting staff

The Harbour Inn at Ludden in Buncrana, Co Donegal is looking to recruit a Head chef & Sous Chef to join its team.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced chefs to work in our busy hotel kitchen.

Duties will include:

*Controlling & directing food preparation process and any other relative activities

*Constructing menus to ensure variety & quality of servings

*Supervision & training kitchen staff of all grades.

*Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations

Skills Required:

*Proven experience in a senior position in a kitchen.

*Excellent communication & leadership skills

*Relevant qualifications & up to date HACCP certification

Competitive salary offered

This is a full time permanent position

Full time & Part time waiting staff for our Bar and Restaurant

Must have experience in food and Beverage service and available to work over a seven day period.
