Inishowen Engineering Manufacturing Ltd are currently recruiting for the following positions for their new Surface Finishing facility:

Manual Shot Blasting Operatives:

Applicants must have experience in Manual Shot-blasting and/or Sandblasting

Manual Wet Spray-Painting Operatives:

Applicants must have experience in all processes associated with Wet Spray-painting.

E-Coating:

Applicants must have experience in all the procedures associated with the e-coat process including
pre-treatment and associated chemistry.

Powder Coating:

Applicants must have experience in all the processes associated with manual and fully automatic
powder coating systems, including pre-treatment and curing.

Process & Quality Technician for associated functions of the Surface Finishing facility:

Applicants must have experience in:

Paint Quality Testing:

Process chemistry including nanotechnology pre-treatment, e-coat and powder coating effluent treatment plant management.

Position : Fabrication Welders

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Successful applicants will be working in the welding & fabrication departments in the new fully furbished manufacturing facility in Shandrum, Drumfries, Clonmany, Co. Donegal. This will include fabrications for material handling equipment, quarrying and agri-sector.

This opportunity will enable successful candidates to develop their knowledge within the growing engineering sector in Ireland.

Minimum requirements:

* 3 years’ experience working in Weld & Fabrication type operations.

* Certified Welders (preferably but not essential as Inishowen Eng will certify).

Salary will be based on qualifications, skill level and work experience.

Position : Apprentice Welder

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The Apprentice Welders role will be in support of our Welder Fabricators and training will be given to each trainee in their development with the help of experienced engineers.

Inishowen Engineering has been supporting apprentices for over 25 years in the local community.

Full ETB/Solas apprenticeship terms and conditions will apply for the successful applicants.
