McCrossan welcomes jobs boost for Strabane

THE SDLP’s Daniel McCrossan has welcomed a jobs boost for Strabane, as Houston Precision Engineering have announced 41 new jobs at Strabane business park.

Said the West Tyrone MLA: “I have been working with many potential investors for many months, who are interested in investing in the West Tyrone area.

“I am delighted today that Letterkenny based Precision engineering company have confirmed a £2 million investment in Strabane, representing 41 well paid jobs.

“Jobs are the priority for local people.

“This announcement today will be a huge boost for local people and the new jobs, based in Strabane business park, will bring investment in the wider community.”

“I am working with a number of companies to bring investment and jobs into Strabane and the wider West Tyrone area.

“I expect more positive announcements in the coming months.”
