A MAN is in custody at Strand Road police station in Derry over a Class A drugs bust.
Police Derry City and Strabane say on its Facebook page: “While on proactive patrol last night district officers arrested a male for Supplying Class A drugs.
“A significant amount of Class A was recovered during the initial search and in a follow up search of a property in the City more Class A drugs were found.
“Enquiries continue into these seizures.
“Drugs have no place in our City and those involved in drug activity can expect to feel the full force of the law.
