The Maple group in Milford, Co Donegal are looking to recruit a full-time administrative assistant with preferably one-year experience in the role. 

Location: Milford, Co Donegal
Reporting to: Office Manager:

Job Summary

Job Title: Administration Assistant

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emails
  • Keep updated records.
  • Inputting and checking delivery dockets against purchase invoices & processing queries with shop and suppliers
  • Help to maintain all relevant databases
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills to include MS Word, & Excel
  • The ability to work as part of a team, have an organised approach to tasks and be able to on their own initiative
