The Maple group in Milford, Co Donegal are looking to recruit a full-time administrative assistant with preferably one-year experience in the role.

Job Summary
Job Title: Administration Assistant
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emails
- Keep updated records.
- Inputting and checking delivery dockets against purchase invoices & processing queries with shop and suppliers
- Help to maintain all relevant databases
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills to include MS Word, & Excel
- The ability to work as part of a team, have an organised approach to tasks and be able to on their own initiative
