Man to appear at Derry Magistrates’ Court sitting in Omagh charged with disorderly behaviour
He was arrested in Derry in the early hours of Friday morning during a police operation against rioters who hurled 74 petrol and two blast bombs against PSNI officers in the Bogside
The man is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates’ Court, sitting in Omagh, on Saturday morning for first a remand hearing.
As is normal procedure the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
