GLOBAL Cyber Security firm MetaCompliance has launched a major recruitment drive in the search for 30 graduates for its Derry office.

To support its continued growth, the company is recruiting across all disciplines including software development, software testing, sales, marketing, HR, support, design and motion graphics.

The Derry based company is growing rapidly due to the demand for the company’s products which has been driven by a massive global growth in cybercrime.

Cyber security has now become a key priority for organisations as they realise the massive implications that a data breach can have on their business.

Yesterday the company warned that cybe criminals were taking advantage of the World Cup to launch targeted ‘phishing scams’.

To provide competitive software solutions to its clients around the world, the company has invested heavily in its staff and is keen to attract people that are hardworking, innovative and can share their ideas for the development of the business.

The North of Ireland’s education system is recognised as one of the best in the world and the company is keen to capitalise on this pool of talented young people to help drive the vision forward.

Robert O’ Brien, Chief Executive of MetaCompliance commented on the major recruitment drive: “We are looking for graduates that want to work with the best talent in SaaS technology.

“It is a credit to parents and teachers that have invested in their children through education and we are delighted to be able to provide knowledge economy jobs to start their careers here locally.

“MetaCompliance takes the best talent and competes successfully against technology companies in Silicon Valley and around the world.”

The recruitment drive comes on the back of a very successful year for the company which has seen it double its turnover, double its workforce and expand its product portfolio.

The company plans to build on this growth both locally and at its base in Atlanta, Georgia.
