A PROUD grandfather shows off the latest edition to his family.

Declan McCann cradles his baby grandson O’Donnell who was born at Altnagelvin Hospital on Christmas Day at 03.43 am.

The little bundle of joy, from Culmore, tipped the scales at 8lb 6oz.

The healthy baby was one of three babies who were born at Altnagelvin Hospital on Christmas Day, two boys and one girl.

Two babies were born at the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen.

One boy and one girl.

Also pictured below are some of the dedicated midwifery staff who were at Altnagelvin Hospital to help welcome in the new babies.
