POLICE in Strabane are investigating the circumstances of a serious road traffic collision on the Fyfin Road, between Castlederg and Victoria Bridge, on Wednesday 14th June 2017 at 9pm.
On this date a blue Volkswagon Bora was travelling from the direction of Castlederg towards Victoria Bridge when it lost control, left the road, and landed in a ditch at the side of the road.
Three persons were on board the vehicle at the time of the collision.
A rear seat passenger, Connor Connolly, has sustained serious injuries but remains in a stable condition in hospital.
The investigating officer, Sergeant Brown from Strabane police station, requests anyone who was travelling along this road and observed the blue Volkswagon Bora driving along the Fyfin Road, witnessed the collision, or arrived at the scene of the collision before police arrived, to contact him.
