POLICE WARNING: WATCH OUT, SHEEP RUSTLERS ABOUT IN CO DERRY

POLICE are hunting sheep rustlers stalking the fields in Co Derry.

Officers in Magherafelt are appealing for information following the theft of 19 black faced horned Hoggets sheep from the common grazing area on Slieve Gallion.

A spokesperson said: “The sheep were well marked with red heads and rumps, the sheep were also branded.

“If you have any information regarding this please contact police on 101 quoting ccs 528 01/05/17.”
