A MAN is due before Limavady Magistrates’ Court this morning over charges linked a fake modelling agency scam being run over social media.
The 23 year old man was detained yesterday in Cookstown.
Following his arrest and questioning, he was charged last night with a number of offences.
They include causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent and improper use of electronic communications to cause anxiety.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
The charges are in relation to a police probe into a fake modelling agency account, operated via social media.
