External funding will be required to progress the Project. Donegal County Council and Derry City & Strabane District Council have submitted a related funding application under the Peace IV Shared Space & Services Programme. Within this highly competitive process, it is essential to demonstrate significant local demand for the Project from people of Lifford, Strabane and the surrounding areas.
