POLICE PROBE LAUNCHED: HOUSE SEALED OFF AFTER INJURED MAN TAKEN TO HOSPITAL IN DERRY

POLICE have started an investigation after a man was taken to hospital following an incident at a house in Derry.

The PSNI say the incident happened at a house in the Rosemount Avenue area of the city at 12.45 pm today.

At this stage the man’s condition in Altnagelvin Hospital is not known.

The house remains sealed off while Crime Scene Investigators carry out a finger tip examination of the scene.

Police have not yet released any details about the incident or how the man was injured.
