FUNERAL TODAY FOR POPULAR BEN MORROW WHOSE BODY WAS FOUND IN CO DERRY CEMETERY

Friends express shock and sadness at sudden death of Ben Morrow

THE funeral will take place this morning for popular Co Derry man Ben Morrow.

His remains will leave his late residence at Glenside Brae, Limavady at 9.30 am for 10 am Requiem Mass at St.Marys Church.

Internment immediately afterwards at Enagh Cemetery.

Ben is survived by his sorrowing parents Linsley and Darren, brother Riley and grandmother Roma.

Police are not treating Ben’s death as suspicious after his remains were discovered last Friday, December 30.

Council workers found his body at Enagh Cemetery.

Since Ben’s tragic death, friends have taken to social media to express their shock and sadness at Ben’s tragic passing.

One wrote: “Cant believe wat i just heard RIP Ben Big-beef Morrow Gyk.

“I was only chatting to u last nite u looked happy man bt u never know wat goes on inside.

“Flly high buddy til we met again.”

One of them wrote: “Still can’t get my head around this.

“Ben was one of the most nicest and down-to-earth boys out there.

“He was so easy to talk to and was always there for me.

“I honestly can’t believe he’s gone. I’m so devastated.”

Another friend added: “Can’t believe I woke up to hear the news. It is actually heartbreaking hearing you are gone. Rest easy.”
