Sinn Fein Cllr Mickey Cooper.

SINN Féin Councillor Mickey Cooper has welcomed the news that a number of business premises along a section of Park Ave and Rosemount Ave  can avail of the Restore scheme.

The restore project will have made available over £170,000 before the end of the project in March 2017

Councillor Cooper said: “I am glad that a number of businesses along Park Avenue have availed of this scheme and that it will now be extended to another seven premises along Park Ave and Rosemount Ave.

“These schemes help small businesses improve the appearance of their premises.

“Its also coming at a good time as the multi million pound revamp of Brooke Park is underway and I am currently involved in arranging a number of environmental improvement schemes for the rosemount area which will also compliment the Restore project.

“I would encourage any business in the area who wishes to find out more about the scheme to contact me.”
