TIME is running out for mums across Derry to be nominated in the search to find SuperValu’s NI SuperMum 2016.

With a deadline of May 22, SuperValu SuperMums, sponsored by Robinsons and Magnum, will recognise 35 mums across every county in the North of Ireland for their endless dedication to family, friends and communities, at a prestigious ceremony in Parliament Buildings, Stormont on September 28.

Anyone can nominate a mum for the competition, or mothers can nominate themselves.

The winner receives a fantastic family trip to Disneyland Paris, courtesy of Clubworld Travel.

Finalists will be presented with SuperValu shopping vouchers and luxurious hampers at the grand final, hosted by TV personality Claire McCollum.

To enter SuperValu SuperMums simply nominate online via www.supervalu.co.uk orwww.facebook.com/SuperValuNI and describe what makes your nominee inspirational or worthy of the title ‘SuperMum’.

Kate Ferguson, SuperValu Communications Manager, said:  “We’ve had a fantastic response so far and we would like to thank everyone for taking the time to nominate.

“However there is still time left to share the story of your SuperMum and we want to hear from you on why your nominee deserves to win, before entries close on May 22.

“We are now in our third year of the SuperValu SuperMums competition, celebrating all of the ‘super’ mums throughout Northern Ireland. As the competition continues to grow we are confident there are many more inspirational mums out there who deserve to be recognised,” she added.

If you think you or someone you know is a SuperMum who deserves to be recognised at the glittering reception at Parliament Buildings on 28 September, simply enter online by May 22.

SuperValu is a leading foodmarket convenience brand for independent retailers in Northern Ireland providing real food from the heart of Northern Ireland.

SuperValu believes in quality local food that is from here and for here and sells in excess of £105 million worth of products from Northern Ireland in its stores every year.
