DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after a parked up van was attacked and damaged yesterday.
The attack happened in Fountain Street in Strabane on Good Friday, March 25.
Police say that shortly before 1.45 pm, officers received a report that two males smashed the van’s window before setting it alight.
The interior of the van was damaged as a result.
Detectives want anone who witnessed the incident or has any information that could help with the investigation to call Strabane Police Station on 101.
Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously via independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 55 111.
