DETECTIVES are appealing for information following an aggravated burglary at a house in Derry’ s Culmore Road last week.
Police say that the occupants of the house returned home shortly before 8.30 pm on Thursday last to find two unknown men in inside, one of whom was armed with a knife.
The two males fled when challenged and stole a set of car keys.
PSNI Detective Constable Kavanagh said the occupants were not injured but they were left “very badly shaken.”
The detectives has appeal to anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area to contact the Reactive and Organised Crime Branch at Strand Road on the 101 non-emergency number.
