A 70-year-old man is recovering in hospital following a road traffic collision.
The Fire Service say crews responded to a 999 call about the accident on Limavady’s Broad Road.
Firefighters used hydraulic cutting gear to release the elderly man from the car.
Said a spokesman: “Three other casualties were out of the cars on arrival of Fire and Rescue Service.
“The rescued man and two casualties were taken to hospital by ambulance.
“Fire crews from Coleraine and Limavady stations attended the incident.”
