POLICE investigating an illegal republican parade earlier this year arrested a 22 year-old man in the Creggan area of Derry today.
The man, who was detained in Central Drive, was arrested on suspicion of taking part in an un-notified procession at Easter.
He was detained under the Public Order (NI) Order and taken to Strand Road police station for questioning.
He has since been released and to be reported to the Public Prosecution Service.
The suspect is the latest person to be arrested in connection to the 1916 Easter Rising commemoration which was staged in the City Cemetery in April.
