The 103rd Inishowen Agricultural Show takes place on Saturday, 18th July at the Showgrounds, Tulnaree, Carndonagh.

Founded over 100 years ago, this incredible thriving Annual Show remains a source of much pride for the Inishowen community and beyond.

As well as the usual exhibitions of livestock, horses and home industries, a new poultry section has been added this year.

There will also be an extensive display of photography, paintings and arts and crafts.  Afternoon entertainment includes childrens’ pet show, a dog show and the ever popular donkey derby.

A new addition this year is the bonny baby competition with categories up to 3 years.  Other highlights include: live music, children entertainment, horse-shoe throwing, wellie competition, spraoi agus sport for children, horse and carriage driving, chainsaw woodcarving, rodeo bull, demonstration of traditional skills, Mr. Magic – magician, fun games and activities with Carndonagh GAA, birds of prey and lots, lots more!

Hot food and refreshments are also available at the Show Field.

The Inishowen Agricultural Show is a celebration of the richness of rural Ireland’s people, their traditions and their way of life.

It is a fantastic family day out with something for everyone.

A warm welcome awaits you. Come early, judging begins from 10am!
