Detectives at PSNI Strand Road are investigating a burglary and an assault in the Haypark Avenue area of Drumahoe sometime around 1pm yesterday. (WED)
Detective Constable Donnell is keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have seen two males, either on foot or in a small black car.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact the offices of Reactive & Organised Crime at Strand Road on the non-emergency number “101”.
Residents are again reminded to keep all doors and windows secured with consideration given to having items of high value photographed and security marked and kept out of sight. Should anyone have suspicions about unfamiliar persons in their area then please contact your local station.
