DERRY DEFENDERS DOUBTFUL OVER BRANDYWELL CLASH AGAINST ROVERS (KICK-OFF 7.45 PM, FRIDAY, APRIL 10)

Dean Jarvis an injury doubt for Friday night’s clash against Dublin outfit Shamrock Rovers

IT should be a packed Brandywell tomorrow night as Derry City look to make up some points.

But it could be an uphill task with two key defenders looking likely they will miss the clash.

Dean Jarvis and Seanan Clucas are injury concerns ahead of their Premier Division meeting with Shamrock Rovers (kick off 7.45 pm, Friday, April 10).

The defenders are rated doubtful while Stephen Dooley, Joshua Daniels and Shaun Kelly have been ruled out.

Derry are seventh in the league and seven points behind Shamrock Rovers.

The Dubliners lie third in the Premier league after six games.

The Candy stripes have only won two of their six games, losing three and drawing one other.

A win against Rovers could push them up the table and boost the team’s morale.
