SDLP Foyle MP Mark Durkan has welcomed the inclusion of Derry’s Peace Bridge in the latest collection of first class stamps from the Royal Mail which go on sale today. 
Mr Durkan said: “I am delighted at the inclusion of our iconic Peace Bridge in this collection of new stamps celebrating beautiful and ground-breaking landmarks spanning centuries of bridge building.
“Everyone in Derry who uses it will be very proud today.
“The Peace Bridge is not only a landmark for visitors but has helped change our own local concept of our city centre and how to grow it.”
