Lisa: fighting for her life

THE MOTHER of a 22-year-old Derry woman who is in a critical condition in a hospital in Indonesia says her condition is as bad as it could be.

Lisa Orsi, from Woodside Heights in the Waterside, is in a critical condition in a hospital in East Java after taking ill last Friday. Friends have set up an account to raise money to pay for her medical care.

Lisa’s mum Sharon urged people here to pray for her daughter.

She thanked all those who are praying Lisa and the family.

“Lisa’s suitation is possibly as bad as it could be,” said Sharon.

“Unfortunately we cannot move our baby until the swelling is reduced wich is a big job.

“As soon as we can, we will move Lisa to Singapore as we feel that she needs friendly voices she might recognise.

“Lisa at the moment is not responding to the treatment. We are eternally grateful to you all for the support. God bless you all.”

You can help them by donating here www.gogetfunding.com/project/pray-for-lisa.

Lisa, a physiotherapist in Singapore, was found unconscious while on holiday in Java.

Please donate what you can, even the smallest donation will go a long way.
