A fantastic introduction to the vegan lifestyle, Áine, originally from the Culmore Road, is currently based in Penzance, Cornwall.

Her vegan food blog, peasoupeats.com, also has loads of information about vegan cosmetics and vegan fashion.

The former Thornhill pupil, who believes a plant-based diet is anything but dull, is set to launch her first recipe book in Europe and US and derrydaily.net has a copy to give away to one lucky winner.
