Slaughtneil’s Therese Mellon.

Slaughtneil GAC’s Therese Mellon retained the solo singing title at this year’s Scór na nÓg county final held in Glenullin at the weekend.

Watty Graham’s Glen, Slaughtneil and Swatragh retained the ceili dancing, solo singing and Leíriú titles, respectively while Lavey picked up two county titles.

Bellaghy came tops in the ballad group section, with the instrumental musicians from Loup greatly impressing the adjudicators.

Winners were:

Ceili dancing: Watty Graham’s Glen

Solo singing: Therese Mellon, Slaughtneil

Recitation: Anna Rafferty, Lavey

Instrumental: Loup

Leíriú: Swatragh

Ballad group: Bellaghy

Set dancing: Glenullin

Quiz: Lavey (football).
