Dr Lee Casey: charges dropped.
A Derry GP walked free from court today after child sexual abuse charges against him were dropped.
Derry Crown Court was told there would be no prosecution against Lee Casey following a review of the case.
Dr Casey (52), from Mansefield Grove in the Waterside, had been on court bail.
He had denied indecently assaulting two young female patients between 1 October 2005 and 31 October 31 2006.
