Derry City Council’s Kids Recreational Scheme will be launched tomorrow.
The pilot scheme is aimed at children aged between six and 11 years, and will run for a six week period.
It will take place between 10.00am to 12.00 noon every Saturday and include a range of activities and sports in an energetic, friendly and safe environment teaching them relevant social and physical skills delivered by fully trained Derry City Councul coaches..
Mayor of Derry, Cllr Brenda Stevenson, will launch the scheme at Templemore Sports Complex tomorrow morning.
