Rory Patterson.

Rory Patterson is available for Derry City’s SSE Premier Division clash against Drogheda United at United Park tonight although he is doubtful due to injury (kick off 7.45pm).

Patterson, the league’s top goalscorer last season, returns after missing Friday night’s defeat by Cork City through suspension.

However, he is still struggling from an injury picked up the previous week in the defeat by Shamrock Rovers.

Ryan McBride and Barry Molloy will undergo late fitness tests as City look to get back to winning ways following two successive defeats.

Drogheda manager, Damien Richardson, will give a late fitness test to Mick Daly who missed Friday night’s 2-1 defeat by Bohemians due to an ankle injury picked up the previous week against Dundalk.

Gavin Brennan and Gavan Holohan will miss out as both are suspended while Stephen Maher is out through injury.
