Celtic Swifts, the holders of the Tony Quigley Shakes McDowell Memorial Cup will begin the defence of the trophy against Ardmore FC.
Other first round ties sees Carnhill take on Top of the Hill Celtic, Tristar v Derry City and Strand United against Ballymac.
The first game takes place at Magee playing fields on Duncreggan Road in Derry on Monday next, 4 August.
The competition has proved popular with local football fans in the North West in that it is nine-a-side played on a full-size pitch with no offside – making for end-to-end action and plenty of goals.
Celtic Swifts defeat Finn Harps in a very competitive final.
