Police have renewed their appeal for information about an assault in which a young mother was seriously injured.
Danielle Allen was found with serious head injuries in a house at Glenmore Gardens in Limavady on Thursday last.
The 27 year-old was taken to hospital at around 10.30pm that evening and later transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast where her condition has been described as “serious but stable.”
A 22 year-old man, who was arrested following the incident, was later released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Detectives have now appealed for information in an effort to establish the cause of Danielle’s injuries.
A spokesperson said: “Anyone who saw Danielle on Thursday afternoon or early evening is asked to contact detectives in Limavady on 101, the non-emergency number. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
