english-breakfastDerry men…. do you fancy tucking into a free breakfast with a bit of banger thrown in?

Well, your luck is in as Derry City Council’s Community Relations Team is inviting local men to go along and enjoy a “full fry” and chat on local issues – free of charge!

The local women’s sector is well known for running excellent cross-community events exploring issues on local identity and community relations issues – so the council wants to see if Derry men are up for the challenge.

Have you views on policing, immigration, flute bands and men’s health amongst other topics?

Representatives from various groups will be along to have a chat and answer questions about what you want to know!

The event will be held at the All Saints Centre on the Glendermott Road with the free cooked breakfast starting at 9.30am and finishing at 1.00pm.

Registration for this event is open to men of all ages, both individuals and groups from organisations are welcome (maximum of eight men per organisation).

To book email to [email protected] or call Dean Steele on 71365151 ext 8225.

Places allocated on a first come first served basis.

Registration forms must be received by Monday, 26 May.

The initiative is being presented under Derry City Council’s Good Relations Strategy and funding is under the District Council’s Good Relations Programme (CRU – OFMDFM).
