Highlights of Other Voices staged in Derry last month are to be screened in a new television series beginning this weekend.
The stellar line-up of some of the best bands gathered which the Glassworks will be the “Other Voices” to be shown on RTÉ Two.
The first programme, to be aired at 10.30pm this Sunday, will feature music and conversation with The Gloaming, William Doyle aka East India Youth, “Take Me To Church” singer Hozier and newcomer Roise Carney.
It is the first edition over a six week period in which presenter Aidan Gillen will take viewers on a musical trip featuring a compelling soundtrack of songs, conversations and unique acoustic performances against the backdrop of the River Foyle.
