NFL DIV ONE… MCIVER MAKES TWO CHANGES AS DERRY AIM TO GET TITLE CHALLENGE BACK ON TRACK AGAINST DUBLIN

Derry boss Brian McIver has made two changes to the Derry side as the Oakleafers bid to get their Allianz National League Division One challenge back on course against Dublin at Celtic Park this afternoon (throw in 2.00pm).

Glenullin’s Gerard O’Kane and Ballinascreen’s Benny Heron return to the side that was beaten by a point in Cork last weekend, Derry’s first defeat of the campaign.

As a result, Aidan McAlynn and James Kielt both drop to the bench.

Sitting on six points from their four games, Dublin are a point ahead of Derry in the league table, their only defeat also coming against table-toppers Cork on a scoreline of 0-18 to 1-17.

Also to date, the Dubs have beaten Kerry on a scoreline of 2-8 to 1-10, had four points to spare in a 0-14 to 1-07 win over Westmeath and thumped Kildare 1.22 to 1-12.
