A youth was arrested after police in Limavady intercepted two teenagers pulling a “wheelie bin” containing a stolen oil boiler.
The pair were spotted pulling a brown “wheelie bin” through Meadowvale, onto Scroggy Road and into Enagh Park at around 3.00pm on Wednesday last.
After spotting police, they ran off into the Glens estates, abandoning the bin which contained a boiler which had been stolen earlier from a house in the Meadowvale area.
One youth was arrested.
