WATTY GRAHAMS AND GLENULLIN TO REPRESENT DERRY AT ALL-IRELAND SCÓR NA NÓG FINALS

Derry GAA will be represented by two acts at All Ireland Scór na nÓg finals taking place at the start of next month.scor-jpeg

The set dancers from Watty Grahams Glen as a result of being crowned Ulster Scór na nÓg champions in Silverbridge, Co Armagh, their performance of the Borlin Set Figures 1 and 3 thrilling the large audience.

It is just reward for the hard work the boys and girls have put in under the watchful eyes of Katey Gunning and Thomas Close.

The Glen team is Caitlin McNally, Clare Gunning, Caoimhe McLaughlin, Maebh McGirr, Ruairi McFalone, Jack McGilligan, James McGilligan and Jack Gunning.

Also through to the final of the Scór na nÓg Tráth na gCeist – taking place in Castlebar on Saturday 1 March at 3.00pm – is the Glenullin quiz team of Fearghal Close, Dónal Close, James McKeown and Daniel O’Kane.

The final is an all-ticket event and anyone requiring tickets (priced  €20 each) should contact either Maureen Quinn (07716754694) or Una Ferguson (07547083598).
