Online entry for the event is available on the NIRunning website at a cost of £5 (£7 for unaffiliated athletes) which will remain open until 5.00pm Friday 14 February.

Entries will also be available on the day, at an increased rate of £6 (£8 for unaffiliated athletes).

Race day registration and number collection will take place in the car park at the Upper Ballyboley Road entrance to Ballyboley Forest from 9.30am. This will close at 10.40am sharp.

The undulating five mile course will cover the fire roads and trails within Ballyboley Forest and will prove a testing but manageable course for athletes of all abilities (over 16 years old).

Chip timing will also be in operation.

There will be prizes available for the top three male and female finishers as well as male and female category winners in the following age categories – veteran 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 and 65.

There will also be team prizes for the first five male finishers and first three female finishers (based on accumulative positions).
