Final traffic and parking arrangements have been made for Celtronic and Chibuku’s Halloween Night event with Chic featuring Nile Rodgers at The Venue tomorrow night.

The concert is sold out and there will be no additional tickets for sale at the box office on the night.

A “Park and Stride” facility at the new Foyle College site on the Limavady Road will be in operation from 7.00pm. A shuttle bus will also operate between the “Park and Stride” and The Venue  between 7.00pm and 12.30am. There will be no public car parking on the Limavady Road, Browning Drive, St Columb’s Road or Foyle Fold.

Doors open at The Venue at 7.30pm. Concert-goers will be able to access The Venue via the Peace Bridge and Ebrington Square.

However, due to the Halloween Carnival Parade and fireworks display, the Peace Bridge is expected to be closed to public access between approximately 7.30pm and 8.20pm.

Concert goers are asked to take the bridge’s closure into account when planning their travel arrangements and to be patient and co-operate with the stewards who will be present to ensure everyone’s safety.

It is envisaged the Peace Bridge will re-open fully at 8.30pm. Chic are due on stage at approximately 9.30pm.
